Quoted rates include all utilities, expanded basic cable television and local phone service. weekly or bi-weekly housekeeping services are available by request for an additional charge.

How do I pay for my accommodations?
Billing has never been easier. We've included everything in one, simple invoice. You can be billed monthly, and pay via credit card, check or money order. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

What if I'm only in town for a day or week?
No problem! We represent "Downtown Boulder's Finest Accommodations" featuring two Award-Winning Downtown Luxury Inns. Enjoy large guest suites, private baths with steam showers or Jacuzzi tubs. Bbreakfast, afternoon tea & dessert and evening port wine are included. Both Inns are Historic Award Recipients, Landscape Award Recipients and nationally featured properties in Sunset Magazine, Bon Appetite, Country Living, Country Inns and Country Living Gardener.

Is there really a significant cost savings?

Rates for Boulder suite hotels can average over $122.00 per night (single occupancy). Our rates average between $45 to $70 for your own apartment home. Now, include the additional savings and flexibility of having your own kitchen, VCR, washer/dryer and ironing board!

Do I need to provide a security deposit?
In most cases we de require a security deposit. However, it is fully refundable as long as there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear. Preferred corporate accounts excluded.
