Quoted rates include all utilities, expanded basic cable television and local phone service. weekly or bi-weekly housekeeping services are available by request for an additional charge.
How do I pay for my accommodations?
Billing has never been easier. We’ve included everything in one, simple invoice. You can be billed monthly, and pay via credit card, check or money order. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
What if I'm only in town for a day or week?
The City of Boulder does require all rental property to have a minimum of a thirty day rental period. This includes privately owned properties like those found on VRBO or AIRBnB. Only licensed hotels can LEGALLY rent to you for less than thirty days in the City of Boulder.
Is there really a significant cost savings?
Absolutely. BoulderExecutiveHousing.com is the cost-effective hotel alternative. For stays of 30 days or more, it’s the only choice! Rates for Boulder suite hotels can average over $200.00 per night (single occupancy). Our rates average between $65 to $110 for your own full sized apartment or home. Now, include the additional savings and flexibility of having your own kitchen, washer/dryer and ironing board!
Do I need to provide a security deposit?
A security deposit may be required depending on the property, and we do require a background check. However, when we do require a security deposit it is fully refundable as long as there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear. Preferred corporate accounts excluded.
